Digital Course Nature
All courses offered by Learn French with Gyan are digital products delivered online, including live classes, recorded sessions, downloadable materials, and lifetime access to learning resources. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds once course access has been provided. This applies to all payment modes, including Razorpay and direct bank transfers.
Cancellation Terms
Course enrollment cannot be cancelled after successful registration and access activation. Learners are advised to review the course details, structure, and eligibility requirements carefully before making a purchase decision.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases—such as duplicate payments or technical errors caused directly by our system—refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any such request must be raised within 7 days of payment with valid proof.
Payment Disputes
